Kotex Liners Hari Hari Fresh!

Bye Bye Daily Wetness~ Hello Everyday Freshness!
Hello Everyone.

Last month, Kotex launches the #HariHariFresh Campaign, and I was invited to participate in this V-zone health awareness event. Thank you so much for inviting me. This is such an eye opening experience, to see how events and product launching became more and more educational.

Discharges are a norm for every woman. I have not met any who claims their V-zone is dry and fresh all day long. But anyway, being asian, we have always run away from discussing the V-zone topic, as it is a taboo to discuss it in public. As a woman myself, I have experienced several embarrassing moments, and did not know who to ask. Hence, now, I'm learning to embrace the truth about a woman's body.

Moist conditions of intimate area, by daily wetness and perspiration, humidity and normal toilet habits, are prefect breeding ground for bacteria and can lead to odour, itchiness and other health issues. It is important to stay dry and clean using liners, and liners MUST BE CHANGED FREQUENTLY!

Most importantly, choose the right liners - make sure that it is able to provide adequate breathability for your V-zone as well! This is where Kotex Liners comes in handy!

I'm calling upon all female readers here to embark on this educational initiative, do visit:
Kotex Website

Also, here's 3 mini videos - 1 Fakta, 1 Auta which is very useful for you too!

I'm staying fresh,
so should you!

The Day I Worked Hard For My Iphone 5

No, I do not suffer from onamotomaniaan abnormal obsession with words or names; especially :  a mania for repeating certain words or sounds. Just that my memories splattered into my limbic system and I just realised that my heart is connected to my iPhone.

Yes, as you may have guessed it, I dropped my phone for the 27th time today. 27th time already? WHY RANT NOW, MSXEROZ?

Coz I'm a pathetic ass who had highly rely on my super duper unbreakable glass screen protector who has never failed me since 2013. Today I guess the 3 years of harshness has taken a toll on my glass screen protector, and it cracked. *Sobs like a baby*

It was in 2013, when my HTC HD7 begins to wobble and trampling with it's performance. At that time, I didnt have money to buy a new smart phone for myself. So I participated Astro On The Go Launching (wooo... memories) in hopes that I could win one. The treasure hunt was one of the most fun activity I had. One that I will remember for life. I didn't win any phones for that event.

My luck turned, when my post event write up was selected as the winner, and I became the new owner of the iPhone 5. During that time (2013), iPhone 5 was the most wanted piece of gadget desired by every youngsters and elderly alike *exaggeration as usual* haha...

How fast time passed! Just a blink of an eye, it has been my confidante, buddy, source of entertainment. I get really sentimental when things like this happens.

Only time will heal the crack.
Only a new iPhone can heal my spirit...

The Hidden Gem - Renaza Resort, Padang Indonesia

Looking for a getaway?
Tired of the noise and pollution?
Longing for a private moment to find peace with yourself?

I found mine - a beautiful small island with a standalone resort - Renaza Resort, Padang (West Sumatra), Indonesia. From Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, it takes only an hour flight via Air Asia, and 30 minutes speedboat ride to this secluded private island.

As we approach the island, the colour of the waters turned into a significant turquoise blue, and it is the best welcoming sight ever!

This is the front part of the beach. This is also the only part of the beach that has structural buildings on it. If you are looking to get back to nature, to enjoy the lush greenery of the coconut trees, to look at the bright blue sky - then this is the perfect destination for you.

Underneath the sea, lies huge sharp rocks, hence a jetty is built. Upon arrival, the workers and dogs came to welcome us. Fret not, the dogs are very well behaved. There are some other resident pets roaming on the island as well =)

The main hall - is where the dining area / hangout area. This is where we sit, eat, sing, dance and play most of the time. Rooms are located on another building. The resort doesn't get supplies of electricity from the mainland, so electricity are being generated by the solar panel or generator.  Electricity sometimes can be scarce and must be used wisely. Nonetheless, there are electricity during lunch hours and after 6pm at night. Rooms are all fully air-conditioned, so everyone can sleep comfortably.
Beach-wise, it consist of coarse sands with small rocks. I think nothing can beat the white fluffy sandy beaches of East Coast Malaysia (Perhentian, Tioman, Redang Islands). Nonetheless, Renaza Resort has aplenty of room for roaming around the beach. I like the feeling of the sands brushing on my feet, the way the friction massages the soles of my feet, re-energizing my blood circulation. It feels so therapeutic, so healing that I walked on the beach everyday.

This is a private island.

You can expect no noise pollution (except the occassional motorboat passing by). Listen to the sounds of breaking waves like a love song serenading the silence. I enjoyed climbing on the diagonal coconut trunks (whichever I can access to) and lie on it.

Rain and strong winds do hit the island or the surroundings. Washing some debris on shore. This is the world we lived in, isn't it? Civilization and development causes so much rubbish, more than our mother Earth can take it.

Tour around the whole island takes about 15minutes. about 60% of the island remains untouched. Wild grasses and coconut trees sprout randomly.

Sunrise and Sunset is pretty amazing as well. The whole sky is exposed above you, and you are freeeeee~

Nothing beats a life on an island like this. Roll on the sand, smelling salty and sticky, but feeling so HAPPY.

That's all from me now. Looking forward for my next trip - Jakarta, Indonesia.

Boundaries of Emptiness

As clock ticks, time passed in seconds and without knowing it, things changed. Along the years, technology and social media deeply influenced my life. Growing up with ICQ, Friendster, and Facebook, connections and friends are made with just a click of mouse. We began writing our inner thoughts, rants, and even provocative materials to express ourselves.

As I get older, the more people I get to know, the more I was concerned about what people think of me. Yups, there are times when such insecurities hit. Last week I had dinner with an uncle, and he was sharing his thoughts on posting photos on Facebook. He deeply disapproves posting work-related material on Facebook, as may do a lot of damage to the company. Internal information can be relayed to the business competitors and so forth.

The internet has always been a double edge sword. It can create opportunities, at the same time, it has the power to destroy. But i strongly believe that one should not shun the internet, due to fear. All in all, the internet has been superbly useful and people will die without it. People, in this sense is me, i conlan7firm will die without the internet.

Just realised part of my post went missing *rage* This is the disadvantages of relying on the mobile apps to do blog. Sometimes things just doesn't go smoothly as we imagined it to be.

Club Med Cherating (II)

Yo babes! Here's the continuation of my Clubmed escapades huhu last two weeks. It was really fun, and a much needed getaway for me and hubby. As a beach person, we enjoyed the Cherating Beach the most. The picturesque calm beach, with the wind fine sands, is truly a unforgettable view.

What I love most, is the exclusivity, and the cleanliness of the beach. Here, despite the scorching heat of 38 degrees Celcius, I didnt mind the sweat and sunburn!
I have never seen such a tranquil beach before. The white fluffy sands, and the beautiful lagoon, is truly mesmerizing. I can spend my whole day hear, doing nothing, staring at space!

It was a beautiful day, with aplenty of sunlight. What a perfect day!

I would recommend this place as a wedding photoshoot venue. The sands are quite managable, and the sunrays were fantastically beautiful. Part of me wishing, how nice if I could turn back the clock, and get married here instead.

Beautiful aint it?

The whole beach is filled with cute organisms - crabs. We spotted quite a few different species of crabs and little fishies.

It's wondrous how perfect mother nature works.

There's so much evidence of crab activities. Being a crab lover, I enjoyed watching the magical formation of sands that the crabs made. Stay still, and you will see them emerging in groups.

The Zen Pool is located right at the corner of the beach. Zen Pool is a place where peace is faithfully upheld. It's the perfect place to seek one's inner peace. No noises are allowed to be made, and the beauty of the Zen Pool is truly astounding

I had the time of my life reading my novels here, accompanied by the delicous cocktail being served nearby.

My only regret is that I didnt jump in the pool. I was so relaxed and enjoyed my inner peace, that I didnt feel like jumping into the pool. Now thinking about it, I really regret not doing so.

Zen Pool overlooks the huge scenic beach.

Sailing activity is available at the recreational beach. Clubmed Cherating is truly amazing, where many activities and companion are provided. The GOs were really friendly and nice, and they know how to make us feel like home.

Thinking about it makes me feel happy already. I wish one day, I will get a chance to explore Clubmed again. *fingercrossed*

Club Med Cherating (I)

Hello again!

It's been a craaaazy week until my biological clock went haywire with too much party and too little sleep. I think I have travelled almost a thousand kilometers this week, from Kuala Lumpur to Johore, then Singapore, and now I'm at Cherating, Pahang.
All the time spent in the car, was worthwhile! I slept all the way here, and when I opened my eye, I was greeted by the spectacular view of coconut trees and sounds of the waves of the sea!!!
This beautiful sight of nature is indeed very contrasting with what I had in Singapore. Singapore is indeed, a spectacular place, but I've always love mother nature.

This is my first time in Club Med Cherating. I was told this place existed many years ago, so finally, thanks to Mr Chen from, i was invited here. We were welcomed by the receptionist Alice, and was being refreshed and briefed about our activities here. There's loads of activities here, from  land sports, water sports, and even jungle trekking. I'm gonna be so occupied for sure!

Rooms, unfortunately, isn't impressive at all. I guess thats the upside of it, to make the guests to leave the unimpressive rooms for outdoor activities. My room is pretty much dark and dingy, and my aircond isn't functioning well.

Other than that, everything seems fun!

Wandering In Foreign Land

Gahhhh! Wanted to continue writing stories, but my Indonesia Dive Travel Story got stuck in the lousy Blogger App and it couldn't be published at all. *Sigh*

Oh well, I went on a road trip again! This time is the Land of the Merlion- Singapore. It was such a great opportunity to come here for work, with my awesome possum colleagues! I don't think they read my blog, but well just writing this experience down just in case 10 years down the road, i'd forgotten how fun this was. As we grow older, we tend to appreciate the people we met along the way, especially nice ones. We also met many assholes along the way, thats what life is all about, isn't it?

At this point of writing, I am actually waiting for my colleagues to off work... And then we shall head to DINNER!

Singapore has really changed. The landscapes and skyscrapers has changed tremendously since I last came here. It is really unfortunate for us Malaysians that the currency exchange rate went skyrocket from MYR2.45 / SGD, to MYR2.98/SGD. I'm starting to regret why didn't I came here to work 8years ago! WHY NICOLE? WHY!!!!!

I think another 30years, I will still have some minor regrets on this. Haha, but well, I guess I took the road less taken. I shall not let the love of cash changed the way I'd live my life! RIIIIIIGHT?!! *self consolation thought!*

I'm so exhausted already... Let's get off work and head to dinner?

Ruv, Relax and Rejuvenate...

That awkward moment when I realised that I feel typy (as in, the urge to type and write something) and I got so motivated to blog again (as for now). As I grow older, wiser, fatter, huger, I grew lazier as well. As of now, I have yet to find out why my writing mood dissipitated since 2013. Where were all my time spent?! The disadvantage of not-writing will eventually lead me to some blackout scenes in my life's timeline. How am I going to continue my legacy? My wisdom, my breakthrough?! (Self-delusional popularity) LOL!

So my long awaited trip came to realize yesterday. I only had 2hrs of sleep the day before travel, and had a hard time to wake up. Not to mention, we missed the 5.30am train to KLIA2. Thankfully we still make it. I have reminded myself again and again, "DON'T LAH BOOK EARLIEST FLIGHT IF CANNOT WAKE UP!" But everytime when there's promo then feel so kiasu to get the tickets, and book cheapest, earliest flight. Gosh... Anyway, all the trouble, nightmares of waking up early, are compensated when we arrived at Renaza Resort, welcomed by a view like this...

We were here in March 2015. And this marks our 1st Anniversary Trip. Feels good to be back! Nothing practically changed! The waters are serene and clear. The beach are infact, cleaner, free from city trashes that got swept here during the storm. Hmmmmm... How can it be so perfect?

The Ibu who cooked, resigned and replaced with another Ibu. Miraculously, food is greaaat. EVERYBODY! If come to padang, make sure to eat the ikanbilis green sambal (green-coloured chilli + anchovies),and masak lemak (cook fat, LOL, God, how to translate this!).

I sleep and wake really early. I bet if this goes on for a year, I'd be super healthy. Hahahaha oh yea... It rained almost everyday, but no dampness will affect our dive enthusiasm!

Loving it so much!
