There's 3 Unimaginable things i did during CNY. Here's what i wanna share with you!

If you are a Chilli Lover, then perhaps you'll find that the traditional method of preparing belacan chilli is more delicious that those prepared using blender/grinder.

Every Chinese New Year, my uncle will use this antique table to grind the chillis.

I happened to just finished bathing, and saw my uncle sweating. I guess, age has finally caught up with him.

So, i persuaded him to teach me the tricks of preparing chilli the traditional way.

The trick is: You gotta drag & mesh it..

My eye was stung by the garlic/chilli juice. T_T

My cousin laughed at me, and he took his turn..

We both FAILED.. We cant even produce a bowl of finely grinded chilli!

So, what do you think? Unimaginable?

I mean, how many people of my age knows how to grind chilli?
